A simple yet quietly beautiful chapel, originating in the 14th Century. Tradition dates the site as early as the 7th Century with the arrival of St Chad.An audio visual presentation on the history of the site; Specially commissioned carvings and sculpture, depicting scenes from the life of St Chad on show; Parking - free (at beginning of Vale Road - No parking at Chapel); Light refreshments available in the Chapel; The Chapel is also used for concerts and community events.
